It works for the most part. Its a little flakey, though. Ill randomly (and not all that frequently) get new survey notifications, but dont actually have a new survey. But it works pretty well, and doesnt act up too often.

Most convenient way to check your hotel score, most helpful closing pending overdue alert, love this app!

The app used to store the ridiculously long code but now loses it every day. Very frustrating.

Im constantly having to re enter my company password every single day. Until this issue is resolved Im deleting the app. Please fix as soon as possible. This app was very useful until this started happening.

I got tired of doing this! I contacted customer service and they said that it was working fine. Few days later I got another email saying that they will do and update on the system but until now still not working.

As a hotel manager, I want constant updates on my GuestVoice scores. With this app, that is a huge struggle. You constantly get signed out and when you are signed in, the app freezes. This needs to be fixed ASAP! Thank you.

Aweful app. You have to log in every five minutes.

It wont let you let you stay logged on! Have to use code every single time i open the app. Super frustrating!!!!

You have to constantly re-enter your personal code. Based on other reviewers, this is not an isolated issue. Fix this!

Cant get through one shift of work without app kicking you off. Must get on company computer and network to get new access code. Would be a useful app, it is the most useless app you could have on your device since you can never use it. Contacted support twice and they couldnt care less, will contact my company next to tell them find another developer to use.

I love having the ability to see reviews from my customers, however, Im deleting this app until it can be fixed so I dont continually get duplicate notifications and moreover annoyingly have to enter access code several times a day.

Keeps logging me out every time I get a notification of a new review, gotten worse after IOS9 upgrade

Why must I always renter my password!! Was only fixed for a short time.

App forces password reset after each new review is received. Very annoying. Please send fix!!

Overall a good (not great) app, and it definitely helps when you are on the go. However, it is frustrating when the app requires you to put in you code every time. I still get noticifications, but I can not view anything! Keep me logged in! Kind of defeats the purpose.
