2 stars just for how annoying it is that I have to login the app multiple times a day. Why doesnt it remember my profile? How about a thumbprint lock? My job requires me to use this app and its super inconvenient

Could you guys please add "member recognition" as a question in scorecards? That would be great! Thanks.

Unfortunately I cant get notifications from my iPhone although I did everything I could.

You have to enter access code on and on , please solve this problem . And notifications couldnt come regularly

Needs to be able to put more than one property or location. I have more than one location that uses this application for GIS scores and I am sure I am not the only one. ADDING MULTIPLE PROPERTIES WOULD MAKE THIS 5 STARS!!

I cant wait for the dashboard and ranker update. Helps me keep up with my SALT scores. Especially when Im traveling. Thank you.

Medallist Mobile 2 has been out for about a year now, however the dashboard and ranker are still listed as "coming soon". Thats pretty much the entire reason I used the first version of this app. Disappointed in the effort Medallia has made to bring these features to their new app.

No idea why they will release a new version that is not compatible with beta iOS 8 which is so close to its release. Older version of this app was compatible with all beta versions of IOS 8. Disappointed.

After todays update this app doesnt even open. Uninstalled it to reinstall hoping it will open. Now I cant even install it again...... Shame

So disappointing- cant even open the app after the update, instantly closes. Fix this please ASAP! Prior to this update app was great!

There is no way to set up notifications on my iPhone 6. I want to have an alert when I receive a survey, otherwise the app is useless.

1. It doesnt remember your password, so have to sign in everytime. 2. Doesnt let you see multiple categories of surveys at one time....tuwyt and store surveys. 3. Difficult to navigate thru, older app was much more user friendly.

This could be great but it really isnt. The app rarely refreshes and there are no notifications on iPhone when anything is updated (new survey or scores). This should be a useful tool for the hotels but it is not.

I really like this new version. There are more options then the old one and its similar to the appearance you see online. Also I can respond to it much like I do online having access to the templates which I didnt have with the other version. The only thing I hope they address quickly is the notification option. Within the app it tells you how to turn on the notifications through settings but the app doesnt pop up when you go in there to set it up. I hope this gets fixed ASAP because responding to alerts is time sensitive and getting notifications on them would help immensely on responding to them immediately. Its the main reason why most of us would need/ want this the app in the first place is to get instant notification on the alerts. We

Love the app just wish I could get notifications. Its says go to setting but theres no option to turn them on.

Its nice to be able to look at our scores at a glance. I love this, and it will help.

The new update does not allow for me to read the comments I can see the ranker and score but no feedback. Thanks, Albert

***edit. Now we get notifs but we need a way to ONLY get service notifs. Or ONLY get sales notifs Please update!! This would be a fantastic app but no way to set up notifications in ios8 on iphone6 Please fix asap
